OUR HISTORY
Health, Education, and Welfare, International, first offered short-term training programs to global and domestic professionals seeking training in business administration, health care administration, technology, higher education affairs, and speech and language pathology in the early 1990's as a S Corporation. The business was re-organized in 2011 as Health, Education, and Welfare, International LLC. adding spiritual formation and leadership development to its cadre of services.
Today, its clients include educational professionals, K-12 children and parents, corporate professionals and organizations, and religious entities. Commonly operating under the H.E.W. International, LLC banneker, the primary focus is on personal enhancement, character formation, leadership development, strategic planning, improving organizational cultures, and youth diversion utilizing StrengthsFinder2.0, and other materials.
Lead by Rev. Helen Easterling Williams, EdD (widely known as Dr. Helen), the organization partners with a cadre of highly skilled seasoned professionals in the fields of global leadership, personal and professional development, educational leadership, psychology, spiritual formation, organizational leadership, digital technology innovation, talent management, and marketing.
