Together, they provide clients with in-depth knowledge, expertise, and experience that promotes tailor-made solutions that cannot be duplicated.

FOUNDER & CEO
With nearly 40 years of experience in higher education administration, Dr. Helen is personally responsible for the training of thousands of educators and industry leaders throughout the world. Having saved several entities from eminent demise, she is known as a "Turn Around Specialist" who develops strong teams, innovative plans, and effective implementation strategies. A powerful communicator, Dr. Helen has addressed audiences from Baltimore to Beijing, Cairo to Kansas, Tehran to Towson, New Orleans to New Delhi, Durban to Dubai, and Provo to Paris. She believes everyone has at least one gift. If it is properly identified and applied, they can enjoy success.
Dr. Helen earned a bachelor of science degree in Speech Correction with a minor in Biology from Jersey City State College, a masters degree in Speech and Language Pathology from Towson State University, and a doctorate degree in Educational Leadership from the University of Delaware. She is an American Council on Education Fellow ('04-'05), a graduate of the University of California-Berkeley Executive Leadership Academy (2017), a George Blumenthal Scholar (2022), and a John T. Widstoe Scholar. Additionally, she serves as an Ordained Elder in the African Methodist Episcopal Church. Dr. Helen has two daughters, a son-in-love, and three grandchildren. She enjoys reading, golf, piano, and walking with her red miniature poodle, all while seeing others prosper.
Dr. Everett T. Dickerson

Dr. Everett T. Dickerson is a psychologist based in Wilmington, Delaware. He holds a license in Delaware, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Florida, and Massachusetts. He has over 15 years of training and experience and utilizes an eclectic mix of treatment approaches to provide services and consultation to individual, family, and institutional clients in a variety of mental health areas.
Anchoring his practice on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dr. Dickerson's goal is to provide support in a way that helps clients move through the healing process and learn to successfully navigate the most difficult parts of their lives. He specializes in Coping Skills, Emotional Disturbance, Life Coaching, Crisis Intervention, Critical Incident Stress Debriefing (CISD), Evaluation/Diagnostic, Psychological Testing and Evaluation, Trauma/PTSD, and more.
Dr. Dickerson earned a doctor of Philosophy degree in Clinical Psychology from Tufts University in Massachusetts. A devoted husband and father, he is a member of Bethel African Methodist Episcopal Church-Wilmington (DE) where he was recently honored as "Father of the Year". He has served as an adjunct professor at Springfield College and Wilmington University

With a futuristic eye, she captures the vision and presents it to the public in various forms. Specializing in image consulting, digital media development, and social media management, Candace is a futuristic innovator that breathes life into a project and strategically shares it with specifically identified markets attracting the desired visibility.
Candace is a magna cum laude graduate of the Loyola University-Maryland masters degree program in Digital Media Strategy- Emerging Media/Mass Communication/Media Studies. She also holds an earned bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from Loyola. Candace is certified in Premier Pro for Social Media Content, Microsoft Office, SEO Foundations, and Marketing: Copywriting for Social Media. She is a devoted Christian who serves her local church and is especially gifted at leading and advancing the youth through the multi-media ministry.
